For those who haven’t yet the pleasure to indulge; the Porchetta is the loin of the pig, deboned, rubbed with a salty-herbaceous-fennel driven paste; garlic, salt, pepper, chili flake, rosemary, thyme, lemon zest, and finally, wrapped neatly with the attached belly. Precisely scored skin crisps perfectly when roasted over coals, rotisserie, or in the oven. Comes tied and ready to roast.
Porchetta can be cut 5-10 pounds each.
Please specify desired weight with a minimum of 5lbs. Price is $30 per pound.
