We are a whole animal butchery, meaning we hand-cut and prepare our proteins right here at Arcadia Meat Market. All the animals we purchase are from Arizona and either free range and pasture raised, never receiving any antibiotics or growth hormones. We work with producers that care about our planet and the animals they raise, while practicing sustainable methods so their business may continue to thrive for generations to come.

We believe that healthy animals raised in open pastures make for a healthier planet and healthier humans.

We offer ALL cuts of beef, pork, chicken, and lamb. We’ also bring in Bison, Elk, Venison, Japanese A5 as well as Australian Wagyu from other trusted sources.
