Wash & Dry all dishes

Clean Mixer Grinder if needed

Clean windows, handles and track

All cutting boards

Wipe down band saw

Sweep & Wipe walls clean

Microfiber Floors

 

Daily Closing Bathroom SOP

 Mirror - Soap Dispenser - Faucet

Sink - Paper towel dispenser - Toilet

Daily Closing Vac Seal SOP

 Remove boards & seal bars

Wipe Clean inside & out

Daily Closing FOH Cleaning SOP

Turn Oven Off

Glass & chrome on meatcases - Glass & handles on front reefers - Front doors

Pos and mobile pos - Glass on the back of the meatcases - Sliding track of meat cases

Glass & trim on cutting room window - Cutting room door

Cutting boards - Stainless tables

Turn Off Hose - Take all trash out

Sweep floors and welcome mat - Mop - Dry mop

Flip Close sign - Lock Doors

Arm Alarm - Pull Door Shut - Double Check Doors Locked
